A very special restaurant experience. Manageable menu with exquisite dishes made from selected ingredients. An absolute treat for the palate. Here the friendly host of Sicilian descent explains the menu of the day and the special list of ingredients himself. As a guest, you experience an appreciation that the system gastronomy, which is now over-present, cannot offer at all. A pleasure experience of a special kind that you should treat yourself to. The food, not to much ok

Coincidentally during a stroll through the streets on this gem encountered. The wines are of exquisite quality and Italianita is lived here. The kitchen we test tomorrow and then maybe there is the 5th star. addendum: The food was lonely and the tiramisu for dessert a dream. The two, offered by Orazio, Grappa were simply world class. If I lived nearby, that would be my favorite place!

The Vino e Pane is located in the middle of the historic Gernsbach old town. The guests can expect upscale Italian cuisine here. The staff are friendly and courteous. Small but very fine menu, excellent fish dishes and a large selection of wines, small outdoor area (beer garden) directly on the street, higher price level. However, price / performance ratio was appropriate. In my opinion, absolutely recommendable
